Eisenhower South Tower

Rushmark Eisenhower South Tower is the last phase of the Eisenhower Square project which included the sale of 67 townhouse lots, the development of a 336 unit multifamily building called Denizen and finally Rushmark Eisenhower South Tower which is a 198 unit multifamily project with ground floor retail.

Rushmark acquired a nine acre parcel that was located in a flood zone and had minor contamination. Rushmark remediated the contamination and built up the site to raise it out of the flood zone. Rushmark sold the townhouse lots, built Denizen and will complete the master plan with construction of Rushmark Eisenhower South Tower.
