The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate hosted its 2013 Awards Ceremony at the Country Club of Virginia on April 16, 2013.
Rushmark Properties, LLC was one of two big economic development projects, from 2012, that took top honors, naming Richmond, Virginia's First National Bank Apartments as the "Best Multi-family Project."
Similarly, the First National Bank Apartments won the Award of Excellence in the Building Development and Improvements Category by the Virginia Downtown Development Association in April 2013.
