Bill bridges the gap between conceptual design and construction to achieve the best value on construction projects through efficiencies and analyses.
Bill is a registered architect and earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan after undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati.
Bill began his career as an architect working with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for 12 years in Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C. He then worked for 18 years as a general contractor in commercial construction with Clark Construction and HITT Contracting, roles in Preconstruction and Project Management. Bill has work with Rushmark for the past eight years.
