Rory started his real estate career as in commercial real estate for Lincoln Property Company and at Cassidy & Pinkard in leasing, investment sales, and property management roles. Rory spent three years as a development manager at CAS Riegler before starting his own residential development company, Vici Investments. While at Vici Investments, Rory managed all aspects of the real estate development process including acting as his own general contractor for construction.

Rory earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania and Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Rory is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a licensed general contractor in DC.
