Prior to forming Rushmark Properties, Mr. Kearney was an investment banker specializing in the private placement of debt and equity to institutional investors in the Real Estate Finance Group of Nations Banc Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America). He began his career at Phillips Development Corp. as a development manager of large mixed-use projects in Washington DC and served as an Asset Manager and Disposition Officer for South Charles Realty, a subsidiary of NationsBank which managed a $500 million portfolio of Real Estate Owned (“REO”) properties in the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states

While leading Rushmark, Mr. Kearney has led all aspects of acquisition, development, leasing, finance and sale of over $750 million of commercial properties totaling over 3 million square feet of multifamily, industrial, commercial, office and retail properties.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
