Dan Doty

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, restructuring, leasing and asset management.

Before joining Rushmark, Dan was responsible for commercial development at Tishman Speyer in New York City where he lead the development of approximately 2.4 million square feet of office in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in addition to leading the restructuring and subsequent disposition of the Chrysler Building.

Prior to Tishman Speyer, Dan was a managing director at the Hines New York office where he was responsible for various residential and office development projects, including 7 Bryant Park, a 470,000 square foot speculative office project.    

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
